I am a licensed psychologist and I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and eating disorders. My role is to work with clients to deconstruct harmful narratives, increase adaptive behaviors, and gain new insights that promote self-discovery, authenticity, and connection.
I find it especially rewarding to work with people who have reached the pivotal point in time when they acknowledge that their patterns and the methods they’ve tried are no longer serving them.
I also love working with people who are in the midst of life transitions and feel called to explore their purpose and pursue joy.
