I assist clients in connecting to their most true and sure self.
I believe that the role of the therapist is to provide the safest possible environment; one in which a client can feel free to explore and express their most real and true self.
Utilizing training in somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques and parts work, its my goal to help the client uncover limiting or maladaptive core fears and beliefs. I work with clients facing substance use disorders, attachment issues, developmental trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety and depression. I also use my education and experience as an ordained minister to assist those clients who desire processing existential questions surrounding topics of grief, illness, life purpose, or transitional moments and events. The spiritual goal is to identify old, unconscious patterns which may no longer to be applicable to the clients present day life. And replace these patterns with a more forward looking, realistic movement.
I enjoy working with adults (18+) of all genders & gender expressions, cultures, and sexual orientations. It is my aim to help clients to see that they have power and agency in the creation of their own lives, and assist them in removing those obstacles, whether in story, feeling, or belief, that stand in the way.
