As your clinician, I am committed to helping you navigate your personal challenges with the understanding that ultimately, you are the driver of your own therapy.
My goal is to provide a safe, understanding, and uplifting environment for my clients. Through a client-centered approach that prioritizes your personal goals, I will support you in your journey. I believe that true change necessitates a deep understanding of who you are, and I will work closely and supportively with you to create a dynamic and empathetic therapeutic environment.
I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, couples counseling, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and adults. I work with folks dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. For children ages 6 and up, I also provide play therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), tailoring treatment to each child’s developmental needs. My ideal client is open-minded and willing to engage in self-reflection as consistently as is possible. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University and earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a focus on interpersonal practice in mental health and substance abuse. I am currently practicing under the clinical supervision of Amy Smith-Barnes, PsyD and Melissa Grasso, LCSW.
Please reach out to me if you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation. I look forward to connecting with you!
