As your clinician, I am committed to helping you navigate your personal challenges with the understanding that ultimately, you are the driver of your own therapy.

My hope is to provide a safe and understanding environment for my clients. I will work closely with you or your child to create a dynamic and empathetic therapeutic environment. As a young clinician, I'm passionate about working with kiddos and teens to manage ADHD, body image, and social media addiction. I am currently a school counselor at The Westminster Schools, where I support students' social, emotional, and academic well-being. Additionally, I work with individual adults & couples coping with trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. I offer EMDR, CBT, and DBT. For couples, I offer Emotionally-Focused Therapy, an attachment-based approach.

I completed my B.A. in Psychology from Emory University and earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a focus on interpersonal practice in mental health. Additionally, I work at The Westminster Schools as an upper school counselor. I'm originally from New York and love Atlanta for all of its parks, yoga studios, and restaurants!

I am currently practicing under the clinical supervision of Melissa Grasso, LCSW, and the direction of Amy Smith-Barnes, PsyD. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation. I look forward to connecting with you!
