I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Atlanta specializing in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and RO-DBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
I have been in private practice since 2017 and offer adherent DBT and RODBT which includes individual therapy, group therapy and coaching outside of sessions.
These therapies are extremely effective in treating depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, interpersonal issues as well as rigidity, inflexibility and perfectionism. I also offer a DBT and RODBT Skills training class to augment individual therapy if needed. My ideal client is in their 30s or 40s experiencing severe anxiety and longing to feel more in control of their lives and their emotions.
