PRONOUNS: SHE/HER

Office Location: Atlanta

My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move towards where you want to be

I strive to create a safe and supporting environment for my clients of all backgrounds to feel empowered to pursue their goals and create positive change. I assist individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing issues related to life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, attachment ruptures, as well as various forms of trauma to understand their challenges and goals while meeting them where they are. I approach therapy with compassion and a belief in my clients’ abilities to create meaningful lives through the therapeutic process.

I earned both my Bachelors in Psychology at the Univeristy of Alabama, then continued to receive a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy there. My clinical experience has focused on working with young children, families, individuals, and couples. I am currently under the direction of Meg McLeroy, LMFT, and the supervision of Joel Baker, LMFT.

I am committed to assisting clients in pursuing their goals and creating positive change through a supportive therapeutic relationship. I deeply value the opportunity to accompany clients on their journey as they navigate different challenges and work towards an enhanced well-being.
