I believe in creating a nurturing, trustworthy environment to enhance my ability to truly see and hear my clients.

My goal is to provide a judgment-free and safe space for my clients to openly share their troubles while connecting on a deeper level to evoke positive change in their circumstances. My approach to therapy is strength-based and client-centered. I strive to meet my client’s where they are and help support them in their therapeutic journey.

I earned my Master’s Degree from Tulane University’s School of Social Work with a specialization certificate in Mental Health, Addiction, and the Family. I transitioned into private practice from a child advocacy center, Anna Crawford Children’s Center, where I engaged in individual and family therapy for children who have a history of child abuse or neglect. I offer over 9 years of experience in the mental health field, working as a Behavior Specialist at Hillside Hospital and a Clinical Research Coordinator at Marcus Autism Center (Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta). These positions afforded me the opportunity to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental and psychiatric disorders.

I enjoy working with children ages 3+ years, adolescents, and adults suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem concerns, and executive function difficulties. In sessions, I utilize various modalities tailored to the client’s specific needs, including but not limited to trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and play therapy. I work under the direct supervision and clinical direction of Meg McLeroy, LMFT.

Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have for me. I will look forward to walking with you and/or your child on this journey to healing!
