If we get to know the parts within us, we can understand ourselves and our environment in a profoundly new way, which creates space for acceptance and healing.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming Licensed Master Social Worker who works with adults (18+) experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and the unique challenges of being a student-athlete. While my approach is integrative overall, my therapeutic orientation is grounded in Internal Family Systems (think of the movie Inside Out), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). As a Certified Trauma Professional, I equip clients with effective tools to process and heal from past pain in a structured, manageable way.

My background is working with older children, teens, their families, and adults in both psychiatric inpatient, community, and school-based settings. I am currently under the direct clinical supervision of Laura Knox Furfari, LMFT and the clinical direction of Meg McLeroy, LMFT. If you believe we may be a good fit, feel free to give me a call or write me an email. I would be honored to support you in your journey.
