SOMETIMES WE NEED A REMINDER THAT NO MATTER WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO US IN LIFE, WE STILL HAVE A SAY IN HOW WE MOVE FORWARD.
Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or trapped in patterns they do not fully understand. Others feel disconnected from themselves, or frustrated because their life no longer feels aligned with who they are or who they want to be. Therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change without having to navigate it alone.
My approach is welcoming, collaborative, insight-oriented, and practical. Together, we work to understand the patterns and underlying dynamics that may be keeping you stuck while building self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in your ability to navigate life. I draw on an integrative, trauma-informed approach that incorporates psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and cognitive-behavioral perspectives — always tailored to your needs.
I have a particular passion for working with clients navigating disordered eating and body image concerns, recovery from emotional and narcissistic abuse, and trauma. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I also bring experience as a life coach supporting women in personal growth and life transitions. I am under the supervision of Joel Baker, LMFT, and Meg McLeroy, LMFT
