You are the expert in your own experiences. I provide holistic support and offer new perspectives to help you find balance and feel well.

I believe that the foundation of therapy is trust and compassion. My therapeutic approach balances complete acceptance of you for you while also helping you make changes to bring you closer to achieving your goals. I will address the symptoms of what you’re experiencing while also assisting you to dive deeper to grow in your understanding of yourself and how you interact within your world and relationships.

As a registered yoga teacher, I also believe that it’s crucial to understand and tend to the constant interplay between mental health and physical health. I personalize my approach based on your needs and preferences; however, I often utilize mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, attachment theory, and experiential therapy. When working with couples, I employ Emotionally-Focused Therapy and Prepare/Enrich. If you think we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.

I earned my master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University and my bachelor’s degree at Duke University. I completed my clinical internship at the Grove City College Counseling Center and my practicum at Family Behavioral Resources, a community agency where I counseled individuals of all ages.

I am currently working under the supervision of Joel Baker, LMFT, and the clinical direction of Meg McLeroy, LMFT.
