I am a firm believer that when we are met with compassion, non-judgement, and therapeutic support, change is possible!
At times navigating life gets difficult when we are overwhelmed by the weight of stress, anxiety, depression, or addiction. Sometimes we can feel stuck and feel far from who we truly are, our values, identity, and sense of self. I believe that therapy has the power to help us uncover the root of our pain and remove the weight of negative life patterns that have held us down. In therapy, I utilize a person-centered approach in addition to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a firm believer that when we are met with compassion, non-judgement, and therapeutic support, change is possible! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in the state of Georgia and Alabama. I have been in practice since 2018. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University and have experience providing therapeutic services at the outpatient and inpatient levels of care. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with relational issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and addiction. I see clients via telehealth Monday through Friday and offer in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are interested in taking the next step in your healing or recovery journey, please reach out for more information. I look forward to connecting with you!
