PRONOUNS: SHE/HER

Office Location: Atlanta

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to be honest about your experiences. I provide a therapeutic environment built on trust, empathy, authenticity, and respect where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

I support adults, children, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict.

I graduated with my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Alabama, where I was honored with the Most Outstanding Marriage and Family Therapist Award in recognition of my clinical work, leadership, and dedication to the field.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have a particular passion for helping individuals heal from trauma and understand how past experiences may continue to impact their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I also incorporate Attachment Based Family Therapy and Play Therapy when appropriate. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and I take a collaborative approach that honors each person's unique story, strengths, and goals.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings and populations. I have worked with high-acuity clients, survivors of sexual assault, and individuals navigating complex trauma and mental health concerns. I also facilitated residential treatment groups focused on sobriety and recovery, helping individuals develop healthier coping strategies and build meaningful lives beyond substance use. Additionally, I helped establish an elementary school counseling program, providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and family-related challenges.

I am committed to helping you gain insight, develop practical tools, and move toward the life and relationships you want. Healing is possible, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.

I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families under the clinical direction of Meg McLeroy, LMFT, and the supervision of Drew Phillips, LMFT.
