Counseling services for individuals, couples, and families

My work is rooted in the understanding that grief and trauma reshape us. With support, many people experience post-traumatic growth and discover safety, deeper relationships, and renewed purpose

If you've been feeling lost, afraid, or disconnected with yourself and others, you don't have to go through it alone. Grief and trauma can be incredibly overwhelming. My goal is to provide you with a healing and safe space where you can freely express yourself and receive support in navigating challenging life circumstances.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges related to grief and loss, complex PTSD, depression, and relational difficulties. My approach integrates humanistic-existential, relational psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I’m passionate about supporting those affected by life-altering medical diagnoses, like cancer, and survivors of childhood emotional abuse.

I hold Master of Education and Education Specialist degrees in Counselor Education, with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Clemson University. I've been providing counseling services for five years, with post-graduate positions in outpatient psychiatry, hospitals, and private practice. I see individuals, couples, and families under the clinical supervision of Margo Rice, Ph.D., LPC, NCC, ACS, and clinical direction of Meg McLeroy, LMFT.
