  • Participants will understand the systemic context and philosophies of change behind SFBT

  • Participants will think and discern using a solution focused mindset

  • Participants will increase their competence in constructing solution focused questions that spark change in clients

  • Participants will increase their ability to foster client hope, capability, and a sense of widened possibilities

DEI Statement

The presenter will discuss how to acknowledge and incorporate the specifics of each client's identity and experiences in ways that are meaningful to them.  This ensures that each conversation feels tailored and inclusive of the clients’ particular social location.
